Boursin Cheese

Combine in the food processor until smooth:

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 8 ounce whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Note: We use this for everything!  It is good in scrambled eggs, rolled with ham, on baked eggs, green beans, even mac and cheese!
